Little ones are treated to a complimentary mini-easel filled with paints, pastels and colored pencils, while Moms lounge on the sofas with girlfriends and a bottle of wine, enjoying the Park’s breeze. Art Palates Café’s location at the center of Istana Park gives Mommies the comfort to allow little ones to run amok, visiting nearby koi ponds and lily pads between creating masterpieces. Adults are also welcome to stroke their own brush for S$5 per paper.
