Enthusiastically enjoyed worldwide, ice cream has been humankind’s favorite means of refreshment! Singapore itself has a rich history of ice cream, with ice cream sandwiches being an iconic part of Singapore’s street culture. The number of ice cream uncles and their stands are now sadly in decline as more and more ice cream parlors with incredibly refined offers (and delivery options) are opening all around the island.
We have the scoop on the best 10 ice cream parlors in Singapore, each of which has a distinct approach to this cool culinary craft – offering scoops, pints, soft serve, vegan, sugary, a myriad of wacky and delicately natural flavors in cones, cups, and croissants, on waffles and for delivery!

Another hidden gem and another one for those who prefer soft serve, Moosh is located in a little hole in the wall with very limited seating. It’s best to enjoy this fast-melting, softer than soft ice cream on the go to cool off the heat and sweeten up your stroll. We recommend the Ondeh Ondeh and Strawberry Cheesecake, both super refreshing, but Nutella Brownie or White Chocolate might be better for those who prefer more traditional flavors. Portions are generous, prices affordable, but know that this delicious ice cream may be too sweet for some.
