    How To Get To Langkawi During The Travel Bubble And What Is Required?

    The first question is - who gets to go to Langkawi during the travel bubble?

    • Only fully vaccinated people are allowed (including those who are residing in states under Phase One)
    • Residents from EMCO areas are not allowed to travel
    • There is no age limit. However, those under 18 must travel with fully vaccinated parents/guardians

    What permission letters are required to travel during Langkawi Travel Bubble?

    • Traveling by air: A permission letter is not required!
    • Traveling by land: You need to go through a tour agency or use transportation services from the start of your journey to the Langkawi ferry jetty.
    • Pre-departure Covid-19 tests are compulsory (either an RT-PCR or RTK-Antigen test)
  • Getting Around Langkawi

    What Are The Best Things To Do In Langkawi With Kids Now?

    • Langkawi Attractions: Most tourist attractions and activities (with the exception of spas) will be allowed to operate. Do check with the relevant vendors first in case of any changes.
    • Hotel Facilities: Facilities in hotels and homestays such as swimming pools, gyms, and lounges will be allowed to open as usual
