ESF Explore’s ESF Sharks Swimming Program

Summer will be here sooner than you know – so hurry and get the kiddos ready for some splashing and smashing fun in pools and on the beach! With heated indoor pools and fun-based classes, ESF Explore’s Sharks Swimming program is just what you and your little swimmer need.

The scoop:

*ALL AGES: ESF offers an amazing range of swimming lessons for everyone, from babies as young as 4 months in adult-infant classes, to adult swimming programs for those 18 and up.

*FUN & PRACTICAL: Classes are fun and cater to all purposes. Water babies will love learning FUNdamental swimming skills through games and activities in learn-to-swim lessons, and advanced swimmers will shine in performance programs like competitive training, squad preparation and Elite Squads. Water Polo aside, water safety classes such as Lifeguarding and CPR-AED & First Aid are also available.

*QUALIFIED COACHES: All ESF Explore’s Sharks swimming coaches are highly qualified, experienced, and have undergone rigorous training in-house. They follow methods used in Australia, USA and the UK and have all had thorough background checks (an ESF requirement).

*CONVENIENT LOCATION: Locations available are Discovery Bay, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong Island, Sha Tin, and Ma On Shan. Open to all ESF and Non-ESF students.

*IN-DEPTH REPORTING: ESF Sharks is the only swimming school in Hong Kong that offers an online Parent Portal which allows greater communication and better feedback regarding your child’s progression.
