Clinique La Prairie Phuket opens this November inside Tri Vananda, a forest and lake estate about 20 minutes from Phuket airport. It’s the Swiss longevity clinic’s first health resort in Southeast Asia, and it’s built for parents running on empty.

Every signature program runs at least seven days and six nights and covers your private pool villa, all meals, airport transfers and daily medical supervision. Go solo, book a couples reset or turn it into a girlfriends trip, and fly home with a health plan you’ll actually stick to.

Villas come in three sizes, from the 120 sqm Signature to the 400 sqm Royal Villa.

Little Steps Insider Tips: If exhaustion is the real issue, start with Life Reset. It’s the most affordable week and it’s built around stress, sleep and switching off. Not ready for seven nights? Ask what’s covered in the three-day Discover Longevity stay before you commit. And tack a few beach days onto the end, since the nearest beach is only 10 minutes away.

How much does Clinique La Prairie Phuket cost?

Week-long programs start from CHF 14,900 (about US$18,600) for Life Reset. Master Detox starts from CHF 20,950 (about US$26,200), Essence of Vitality from CHF 24,800 (about US$31,000) and Reverse Aging from CHF 31,800 (about US$39,800). Your pool villa, meals and airport transfers are included.

When does Clinique La Prairie Phuket open?

It opens in November 2026, and reservations are already open through the Phuket team. It’s the Swiss clinic’s first health resort in Southeast Asia, after Montreux and Anji in China. Email [email protected] or call +66 76 609 091 to check your dates.

Do I need a visa for a one-week wellness retreat in Thailand?

Most travelers don’t. Since September 15, 2026, passport holders from Singapore, Australia, the US, the UK and many more get 30 days visa-free (down from 60). Hong Kong passports get a separate 30-day exemption. Check your own passport’s rules before booking flights.

How far is Clinique La Prairie Phuket from the airport?

It’s about 20 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The resort sits inside Tri Vananda in Thalang, and airport transfers are included in every signature program, so there’s no taxi queue after you land.

Where can the kids stay while parents do a wellness retreat in Phuket?

Book a family resort with a strong kids club and bring a grandparent or nanny along. Trisara, owned by Montara Hospitality Group (the same family behind Tri Vananda), has a kids club on Phuket’s west coast, so the kids get their holiday close by.

Why Little Steps Loves It:

Parents in Asia spend years looking after everyone else’s health. This is the rare week where a whole team looks after yours, with real sleep, proper food and nobody asking where their shoes are.

Who It's Perfect For:

Burnt-out mums and dads, couples who want to reset together, girlfriends planning a milestone trip, and grandparents thinking seriously about aging well and staying active.

What Else:

Reservations are open now through the Phuket team. Every guest completes a pre-arrival medical review, so book a few weeks before your dates. Programs need at least seven nights, so line up school-holiday cover for the kids early.
