How do the bookings work and payment?  For a discounted deal, we recommend you book on KLOOK via a package here!  They have amazing deals!   If you arrive without a booking, you can either pay for a day in the spa (no massage or treatment) for under HK$500 or book a treatment, and the day pass is waived.  You can pay via credit card, wechat, or cash.

What did we book on our trip to Tenz?

• Yangzhou Scrub:  This was a full-body scrub inside the bathroom.  You start with a plunge in one of the various heated pools, take a visit to the sauna, then head into the scrub rooms where you can book as a single or couple (female and male are separated here).  You will experience a full detox of skin scrub followed by a choice of honey or milk massage.  After, you head to the steam room and then hit the shower for a full wash.
• Massage:  They have a wide variety of body massages!  We opted to try the hot stone massage which was 90 minutes of bliss!
• Reflexology:  This is a great co-ed activity and one the kids will love too as you get a nice lounger with a TV and book a range of foot rubs.
• Manicures, Pedicures, Eyelash Treatments, Facials, and More - these will all have to happen on the next visit!

HOW TO GET TO TENZ SPA IN SHENZHEN: Visiting From Hong Kong To Shenzhen

Getting to Tenz Spa in Shenzhen from Hong Kong is straightforward and convenient.

Here’s how you can make the journey:

• Take the MTR from Hong Kong:
  • Start anywhere on Hong Kong MTR's Island Line.
  • Travel to Luo Hu Station (the last stop on the East Rail Line).
• Cross the Border And Go To Tenz Spa:
  • After arriving at Luo Hu Station, follow the signs to the immigration area to cross into Shenzhen. Ensure you have your travel documents ready.
    • •  Most visitors do not require a visa to enter Hong Kong, but you may need one for Shenzhen. Many Hong Kong permanent residents can use their “Home Return Permit.” For those looking to use their Home Return Permit for the first time, you can validate it on the 3rd floor after you go through the exit after customs.  It takes 10 minutes max.  After it's registered, you can go in and out of Shenzhen easily via the card.
      • Once you exit, you can walk to the Tenz Spa.  Head out of the station, turn right and it is a 10-minute walk.  For those looking for coffee, you will pass a Starbucks on the way to the spa.
