What Is The Cost Of Caring For Special Needs Child In Singapore?

Hot off the press!  Special Needs Trust Company (SNTC), remains the only non-profit trust company in Singapore, that provides affordable trust services to low and middle-income families in the city. To help families, SNTC recently released their new online calculator that is simple, fast (only 5-minutes), and easy to understand.  Families can fill in a few simple questions and it will give you an estimation on costs associated with raising a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Example: Asperger’s Syndrome), Intellectual Disability (Examples: Global Development Disorder, Down Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Williams Syndrome), Sensory Impairment (Examples: Visual impairment, Hearing impairment), Physical Disability (Examples: Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke), Mental Health Condition (Examples: Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder), Dementia (Examples: Alzheimer’s disease, Vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia).
