
Missing the LA-famed pizza and pasta from Osteria Mozza at Marina Bay Sands since its shutter in 2018? Good news! It’s returning to Singapore at the upcoming Hilton Singapore Orchard, opening in January 2022.
The restaurant will be helmed by American Chef Nancy Silverton, winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Chef Award in 2014, and known for popularizing sourdough and artisan bread in the US. Osteria Mozza’s menu will feature a reinvigorated menu of winning classics from the one-Michelin-starred restaurant in LA (including its freshly baked pizzas!), and newly created dishes specially for Singapore. Alongside a wide selection of wines from across Italy, as well as creative cocktails.
Osteria Mozza will join a slew of world-class dining options at the new Hilton Singapore Orchard, including an all-day dining restaurant and a lobby lounge and bar, Mandarin Orchard’s current two-Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten, and Chatterbox.
With the reopening of Osteria Mozza, fans in Singapore will get to savor offerings from the one-Michelin-starred restaurant again.
