Known for being unabashedly rebellious in his culinary creations, and having his former restaurant topping the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list for four consecutive years, chef Anand will be doling out a 9-course lunch (SG$288++) and 16-course dinner (SG$388++) degustation menus put together with the best seasonal ingredients and locally-sourced produce. Optional wine pairing is available during both sessions, at $148++ and $198++ respectively. Come ready to be blown away as Chef Anand promises his patrons the dishes will “push their imagination to new frontiers with this residency.”
