Unlike the brand’s short-lived Peranakan predecessor, Belimbing Superstar, this fresh take is anything but nostalgic. Here, it’s all about bold, comforting flavours reimagined through a modern lens—think wok-fried nasi ulam infused with sambal belachan and banana leaves, grilled short rib with buah keluak satay glaze, and a reinvented rojak featuring firefly squid. Even the cold curry that opens your tasting journey is made with The Coconut Club’s signature cold-pressed coconut milk—cool, creamy, and totally unexpected.
Menus are prix-fixe with some à la carte options, and desserts like pumpkin bingka and corn salat keep the nostalgic spirit alive with a twist. Drinks? Oh yes—cocktails are crafted by Bannie Kang of Side Door, delivering the goods with her signature minimalist magic in sips like the Pandan Colada and Sambal Marg.
