Singapore’s café scene just got a warm, toasty upgrade! The viral Standard Bread Cafe, famed for its impossibly fluffy loaves and indulgent French toast, has officially opened its doors at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa. Straight from Seongsu, Korea—where it made headlines for thick, pull-apart breads and quirky jam pairings—this cult-favourite bakery brings the same charming cottagecore aesthetic and irresistible aromas to its Singapore outpost. Think wooden interiors, cozy lighting, and that nostalgic scent of bread baking every 30 minutes—yes, really!

Standard Bread is all about bread done right. Their signature loaves come in nine drool-worthy flavours like Salted Butter, Basil Tomato, Corn Brioche, and Chocolate. Each one is baked fresh and pairs beautifully with a lineup of inventive house-made dips, including Avocado Dill Cream Cheese, Bacon Onion Apple, Earl Grey Milk Tea, and a standout Dubai Chocolate.
The hot dishes are a must, especially the French Toasts served in cast-iron skillets. The Pistachio French Toast is a current crowd favourite, with its buttery crust and rich pistachio cream. Other savoury picks include Truffle Mushroom Soup, Romesco Chicken Sandwiches, and Toast Pudding. For drinks, sip on whimsical creations like Berry Jam Milk, Nutty Chocolate Jam Milk, and the citrusy Tropical Squash.
This space is ideal for families, café-hoppers, and anyone who loves artisanal baked goods with a twist. As a bonus, guests who spend a minimum of SG$120 will receive a free toast-shaped plushie—a collector’s treat that’s been flying off shelves in Korea.
Whether you’re here for the Insta-worthy interior or the crusty-soft bread magic, Standard Bread is the latest must-visit bakery for the carb-loving crowd.
It’s not just a bakery—it’s a full-on experience. From the rustic interiors to the freshly baked loaves and house-made spreads, this is the kind of place that delights all five senses. We especially love the creative jam flavours and how the breads are baked every 30 minutes for ultimate freshness.
Families, cafe-hoppers, Sentosa day-trippers, and anyone who loves soft, pillowy bread and viral-worthy bakes. It’s a great stop before or after a visit to Universal Studios or Singapore Oceanarium!
As part of the opening celebration, shoppers can redeem an exclusive toast-shaped bread plushie with a minimum spend of SG$120—available while stocks last! Keep your eyes peeled for new menu launches and Singapore-only specials as the cafe ramps up post-launch.
