While Easter may not be one of the biggest holidays in KL, there are still a handful of fab celebrations taking place around the city if you know where to look… which thankfully, we do. Little Steps has uncovered some egg-sellent (sorry, we couldn’t resist) malls where you and your little ones can enjoy some Easter fun and games.
BV is really going to town this Easter with a fun-for-all-the-family Spring fair. There will be carnival games, candy floss, a lucky draw, popcorn and a caricaturist among other things, all of which are guaranteed to provide an eqq-squisite day out for all the family from little teen,y ones to grandparents here on their hols. The carnival will be open for business on April 15-16, from 11am to 5pm on the lower concourse at Bangsar Village I. Games cost RM2 each. Good luck!

Both Ben’s at Publika and Ben’s at Batai will be playing host to lots of Easter shenanigans from arts and crafts workshops, and Easter baking classes, to a flower arranging lesson that will help your little ones to make their own Easter crowns out of pretty flowers. There will also be activities galore taking place on Sunday April 16, at both Plaza Batai and Publika at the Little B.I.G. Market Village. Delicious food and great music will make the day one to remember as kids take part in face painting, art workshops, piñata bashing and balloon sculpting. Hop to it!

One of KL’s fave soft play areas is organizing a top Easter party for a lucky few at their Bangsar Shopping Centre branch, on Sunday April 16. As well as heaps of fun games and a brilliant magic show courtesy of a mystical magician, encourage your little people to pull together a super Easter fancy dress costume to be in with a chance of winning some great prizes in the costume competition. A maximum number of 60 children will be invited on a first-come first-serve basis so make sure you sign up when registration opens on the ground floor at BSC at 12pm on Sunday 16 April. It will only cost you RM15 per child – well worth it.

This central shopping mall always comes up trumps when it comes to kids and holidays – and this Easter is no different. With an Easter egg hunt between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Sunday April 16, open to children up to 12 years old, it’s time to hop on in to town where Easter delights await. Places are limited with a maximum of 8 egg hunters being able to take part! So don’t miss out.

Take your kids to meet the Easter bunny in person – or at least to enjoy some bunny snuggles at the Citta Mall petting session on April 15-16. Once they’ve had their fill of fuzzy hugs, they can take part in the mall’s egg hunt and find themselves some chocolate, which let’s face it, is what Easter is all about!
