Malaysia Day, a commemoration of the establishment of the Malaysian federation, a day to remind us all that unity can bring us further. It marked the joining together of the existing states of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore to form Malaysia. Let us all come together united as 1 Malaysia and create a healthier Malaysia this Malaysia Day at the NegaraKu Malaysia Run. If a thriving family is more of a marathon than a sprint, why not run a marathon distance to show it? In addition, lacing up your shoes and going for a run with your kids is not only healthy, but also a chance to bond as a family. Running together is not only a great way of encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle, but it can also promote great values to children like inspiration, motivation and a strong work ethic. Now you can spend the long weekend healthily and join the NegaraKu Malaysia Run as an individual or a team of family, friends or colleagues.
