Indulge your dream of carving out an entire lamb, from start to finish with Feather & Bone’s masters of butchery! At the Feather & Bone masterclass, you will learn how to breakdown a whole lamb carcass. There will be free flow Beer and house wine throughout the evening and a fantastic and hilarious staff on board to help you get your lamb butchered and ready to enjoy!
You’ll be taken step by step from how to safely hold the knives to how to separate the lamb into its various cuts: chops, shoulders, saddle, legs, and more. You’ll then be taught how to make rolled roasts and the freshest lamb mince from the trim. Finally, you can enjoy your hard work with a delicious lamb filled feast. Keep in mind that you’ll have prepared an entire lamb, so Feather & Bone will help you pack it up to go to keep in Feather & Bone freezer for a limited time.
Bookings can be made here and must be done 7 days in advance. The lesson’s duration is 4 hours, and to maintain safety during COVID-19, classes have a maximum capacity of two single participants or two pairs.
