Mini Tutu Design Contest Hong Kong Ballet

The Hong Kong Ballet is hosting an exciting tutu design competition for creative designers of all ages!

To participate, download the design pattern and application here, and put your imagination onto paper. There isn’t any restriction on the material you can use to design your tutu. Once you submit your design and a brief accompanying description, you’ll be all set. Be sure to keep safe your original design in the case that it is asked to be displayed at a future exhibition.

There are 3 entry categories. Category A is for children aged 4-6 and their parents. Category B is for children aged 7-15. Category C is for children aged 16+.

Each category will have three winners. The winner of the first prize gets two tickets to a selected Hong Kong Ballet Production. The winner of the second prize gets a Hong Kong Ballet souvenir package. The winner of the third prize gets a Hong Kong Ballet souvenir.

On May 29, 40 shortlisted entries will be posted on Hong Kong Ballet’s Facebook page, where the public will vote for the top 3 entries until June 6. Each Facebook like will count as a vote. On June 12, the three winners of each category will be announced!
