Join the Loop @Harbour City: An Artistic Playground For Kids

This summer, from July 19 to September 1, 2024, Harbour City is the place to be! Teaming up with the imaginative Italian artist Lucas Zanotto, “Join the Loop @Harbour City” is where gigantic, playful installations, art, and sports meet in a vibrant, family-friendly setting.

Explore and Play Across Dynamic Zones

Photo Opportunities:

• Giant Zanotto: Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with a 5-meter tall version of Zanotto’s signature big-eyed character!
• Bubble Wonderland: Dive into a dreamy scene filled with shimmering bubbles, blown by Zanotto’s character from 12:00pm to 8:00pm daily.

Activity Zones:

1. Tricycle Track: Kids can pedal their way around the colorful, safe track on tricycles. Open from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
2. Mega Sandpit: An 8-meter wide playground where kids can unleash their creativity with sandcastles.
3. Remote Control Canoe Challenge: Navigate a remote-controlled canoe in a fountain pool, and race to victory!

Mixed Feelings Pool:

Located in the atrium on the ground floor of Ocean Terminal, this 4.5-meter diameter bouncing pool is filled with soft, plush snow beans featuring Zanotto’s iconic big eyes. Jump in and rearrange them to create joyful expressions!

Art and Entertainment Highlights

• “Looping in Hong Kong” Art Exhibition: Visit the Gallery by the Harbour (Shop 207, Level 2, Ocean Centre) from 11am to 10pm to see over 20 of Zanotto’s artworks, including sculptures and digital creations. Don’t miss the “Hong Kong Selfie” series!
• Summer Weekend Performances:
  • Interactive Break Dance Show: Every Saturday from July 27 to August 17, 2024. Showtimes: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm at Ocean Terminal Deck.
  • Magic Bubble Surprise Show: Every Sunday from July 28 to August 18, 2024. Showtimes: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm at Ocean Terminal Forecourt.

From August 26 to October 13, 2024 (while stocks last), you can redeem whimsical Lucas Zanotto limited edition umbrellas from Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City (near Shop OC403 ÉPURE). To claim an umbrella, you will need to make same-day purchases totaling HK$1,500 or more across a maximum of 2 outlets and donate HK$80 on-site. For those spending HK$15,000 or more, the umbrella can be redeemed for free! Otherwise, you can make a HK$150 donation – proceeds will go to the Community Chest of Hong Kong.
