Take the kids to experience emotionally powerful artwork at the virtual and in-person disCONNECT showcase. The works of art are created to prompt reflection of the human need for a sense of belonging and the thirst to be connected physically and emotionally in moments of isolation. In the time of COVID-19, this is especially relevant to our everyday lives!
Some of the local and global artists that you may recognize include Adam Neate (UK), Aida Wilde (Iran), Alex Fakso (Italy), Go Hung (Hong Kong), Herakut (Germany), and more!
This exhibition presents an array of artworks from the original London version of this exhibition and promotes and celebrating cross-cultural exchange with the addition of four Hong Kong artists. To complete the aesthetic, the exhibition will take place in a restored 1950s Hong Kong historical tenement building, and highlights will be presented at Hysan’s Urban Skyspace.
Also, you can experience a dialogue with the exhibition in person or virtually!
Enjoy a beautiful exhibition and accompanying dialogue that is socially relevant to you!
