Thai Restaurant Samsen Now Open For Lunch & Dinner In Central

Exciting news! Popular Thai dining destination Samsen has officially open! This new spot will serve its beloved signature curries alongside a selection of exclusive dishes unique to this location.

Samsen enthusiasts will easily recognize the spacious design, featuring a classic shophouse aesthetic that leads directly onto the street. The menu retains many popular dishes, including the renowned Samsen Wagyu beef boat noodle soup, packed with fresh herbs, crispy pork rind, and watercress in a flavorful broth that takes over four hours to prepare. Diners can also indulge in slightly smoky wok-fried rice, loaded with crabmeat, spring onions, egg, and crispy garlic.

New offerings set to become favorites include a crispy omelette filled with baby oysters and spring onions, which delivers a delightful mix of textures, as well as fresh stir-fries like stir-fried live flower clams with Samsen chili jam, wok-fried rice with pork and Chinese olives, and a seafood stir-fry featuring crab, squid, and prawns with curry powder. Guests will also discover new salads and desserts that are exclusive to the Central branch.

The daytime menu at Samsen features a curated selection of beloved classics, like wagyu beef boat noodle soup, wok-fried rice with crabmeat, and pad Thai noodles with tiger prawns.
