The first of its’ kind on this exotic little isle, the Bali Creative Reuse Center was started to create environmental awareness in the community. BCRC helps kids and adults rethink what we throw away and how we can reuse household trash that would normally end up in a landfill. Through the powerful medium of art, children are inspired to create toys, soft animals, masks, puppets, doll houses and other craft projects using an eclectic mix of materials. This amazingly, fun collaborative involves artists, teachers and families all in an open-studio format.
At Bali Creative Reuse Center, kids can make anything they want using the materials in the space and take home what they make. It is an educational, creative hands-on experience by transforming clean, reusable materials into science projects, jewelry, costumes, toys and cool DIY crafts projects. With an unlimited imagination and funky reusables, the end results are mind-blowing, creative and truly, a one-of-a-kind piece of art! On an island where garbage is a never ending problem, the Bali Creative Reuse Center celebrates the many uses of your household trash!
With a little imagination, children can create the most interesting craft projects. It's a great way to help our world, up-cycle our household trash by way of art.
Crafty and crocheting kids, wanna be designers, petite artists and innovative illustrators.
