Located in the middle of the main drag of Sanur Beach at La Taverna Hotel, Isola’s open-air bistro has comfy couches, intimate tables, and beach loungers with umbrellas for an afternoon of sun and fun with the fam. If you have small ones and are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a meal while the kids swim, build sandcastles or nibble on bite-size pizza, then Isola is for you.
Although the emphasis is on Italian food, Isola also offers a decent selection of Indonesian and European fare. There’s a beautiful pavilion adjacent to the pool that is perfect for a large group or family! Enjoy a gorgeous sunset while sipping on cocktails, fresh fruit juice, or glass of wine.
The shallow water and low tides along this calming stretch of boardwalk are a welcoming change from the roaring tides elsewhere on the island. After lunch, take a stroll, walk the pram, or have the tots ride the bicycles down the beach esplanade.
