The kids will absolutely love this outdoor activity! HydroDash is a floating obstacle course that’s designed for kids and adults. There will be lots of giggles from all members of the family as you attempt to climb, jump and run through each obstacle. You can bet the kiddos will also have an awesome time watching the adults slip and slide or fall off into the water! Of course, safety’s the most important, so each person has to wear a life vest before they can enter the obstacle course.

Sup Ventures offers classes that teach you how to balance and paddle against the current. They’ve even got tours where you get to go through an experiential route set by your instructor, but this option is only available once you master the basics and become more experienced.

This low-impact workout helps keep you fit since it’s sort of like a spin class except it’s being carried out in the water. This aqua workout will have you feeling less fatigued and a little more refreshed as your legs keep paddling underwater!
