Mr Men And Little Miss Pop Up Café

Before emojis, there was the Mr Men and Little Miss book series – an enjoyable children’s storybook and television show that introduced the world to unique, colorful characters with individual characteristics. And now, fans would be delighted to know that these familiar faces will become an interactive experience as a pop-up café.

While it might not be recognizable for younger kids, they’re bound to instantly fall in love with the Mr Men and Little Miss characters, such as Mr. Greedy and Little Miss Splendid, after a visit here. From July 5 to September 30, 2018, the interior of Kumoya will be transformed into a themed wonderland, with decoration and wall murals galore. For a unique twist, local icons will be incorporated into the designs as well – spot the durians, MRT trains and the Esplanade in the surroundings!

While previous pop-up cafes focused on Western fare, expect some local tastes in the dishes served here. Menu options like the Mr. Strong Chili Crab Pasta (SG$21.90) and Mr. Bump Knock-Out Nasi Lemak (SG$23.90) will effortlessly charm both young and old with presentation and flavour, and you can wash it all down with sweet treats like the Milo Oreo Frappe (SG$14.90) and Chendol Gula Melaka Frappe (SG$14.90)!
