• Kumoya is back again with yet another exciting collaboration with San-X at their 2000 sqft pop-up cafe at Orchard Central. In case you haven’t heard of it before, Kumoya is a Japanese-French inspired café based in Singapore. In the past, Kumoya had successfully collaborated with some of the world’s most iconic brands such as Cinnamonroll, We Bare Bears, My Little Pony, and the list goes on. Kumoya’s brand new collaboration with Japanese brand San-X will start with the appearance of Rilakkuma and friends for six months and subsequently feature other San-X characters which might include Sumikkogurashi, Jinbesan, Nyan Nyan Nyanko, and Tarepanda. Rilakkuma - The Relax Cafe will have 70 seats and an exclusive private room for diners celebrating a special occasion. The experience is, of course, made complete with specially-imported Rilakkuma merchandise as well as with the Rilakkuma inspired menu specially curated by Shirley Wong. Shirley has over five years of extensive experience in making creative bento and food styling. There will be 11 Snacks, 9 Mains, 5 Desserts, and 12 Beverages available with a price range of SG$11.90 - SG$29.90. While there is no pork, no lard, and no alcohol, note that the café is not Halal-certified.
