Two Michelin Star Restaurant Story Residency In Singapore
Unique Dishes By UK Chef Tom Sellers In April 2022
Singapore is undoubtedly a food haven, with its fair share of Michelin-starred eateries and restaurants. But some of the world’s most famous foods are only located overseas, requiring a plane trip before we can sink our teeth into their famed bites. Lucky for us, Two Michelin-starred restaurant from London, Restaurant Story, will be hosting a month-long residency this coming March 29 to April 29, 2022, at Flutes Restaurant in the National Museum of Singapore.
Helmed by renowned chef Tom Sellers, the experience promises to take guests on a gastronomical adventure, with dishes inspired by Tom’s personal life and meant to ignore memories through taste and smell. Two highlights that you can expect include the Paddington Bear, which consists of foie gras, cardamom, and marmalade, as well as the Rabbit Sandwich.
As the residency runs for one month only, and there are seats limited to 35 for lunch (from SG$268/pax) and 45 for dinner (from SG$398), you’ll have to book early to confirm your dining slot. It’s not often that world-famous restaurants make a visit to Singapore, so don’t miss out on this chance to treat yourself!
