Singapore food lovers have reason to celebrate — The Coach Restaurant officially opens at Jewel Changi Airport on 31 October 2025, marking the brand’s latest step in its hospitality journey. Blending New York City steakhouse heritage with the vibrant energy of Asia’s culinary capital, the restaurant brings a bold, immersive dining experience inspired by Coach’s vision of Expressive Luxury.
Singapore now becomes a global showcase for Coach’s lifestyle offerings, featuring The Coach Coffee Shop, The Coach Restaurant, and a newly renovated retail store. Together, these spaces highlight Coach’s commitment to community, customization, and authentic self-expression, offering a seamless mix of fashion, culture, and gastronomy under one roof.
“As we continue to explore ways to connect with our customers beyond retail, The Coach Restaurant represents a bold expression of our creativity and craftsmanship through food,” said Todd Kahn, CEO and Brand President of Coach. “Every detail, from placemats to porterhouse steaks, has been thoughtfully designed with the Coach culture in mind.”
The restaurant transforms Jewel Changi Airport into a stage for New York City spirit, overlooking the iconic Rain Vortex. Key features include:
56-seat dining room with curved ceilings and warm archival hues
10-seat bar and 10-seat chef’s counter offering views of the open woodfire kitchen
Glovetanned leather placemats, napkin cuffs, and aprons, echoing Coach’s leather heritage
Architectural details combining natural and industrial materials — bronze mirror walls, poured terrazzo floors, and tropical wood louvers
Unique touches, including cozy leather nooks and a full-size yellow NYC taxi cab suspended overhead
The design celebrates Coach’s hometown, creating a space that is both dynamic and intimate, inviting guests to enjoy both the theatre and craft of woodfire cooking.
At the heart of The Coach Restaurant is the open woodfire kitchen, helmed by Head Chef Kurt Sombero (known for Burnt Ends and Meatsmith Little India). The menu elevates classic steakhouse offerings with signature creativity:

Jumbo shrimp cocktail
Caviar-topped Black & White Bagel, a playful NYC-inspired nod
