Newly opened at Lavender, Missus is an exciting new eatery that will transport you into another world the moment you step inside. Decked with pink tones and wood furniture throughout, the cafe specializes in grilled sandwiches and Middle Eastern-influenced desserts.
Food is kept casual here, with both sweet and savory options available. The Kaya Cheese Toast (SG$9) for example, combines the rich flavor of cheese with the sugary satisfaction of the kaya spread. If you’re looking for something heartier and fuller, the Slumdog Grillionaire (SG$19) includes masala potato and coriander pesto to give a slight kick to every bite. Dessert lovers won’t leave disappointed either. There are plenty to choose from daily from 12pm, including the Chocolate Feuilletine Exotic Mousse Tart, Cinnamon French Toast and Date Pudding with Housemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
Missus is also Halal-certified, so everyone can head down to give them a try. The next time you’re cafe-hopping or looking for something different from the usual hawker or restaurant fare, now you know where to visit!
At Missus, the interior decor is as appealing as their food tastes.
