The Venetian Macao’s breathtaking Ice World is back and better than ever! This unique event sees thousands of blocks of multi-colored ice skillfully carved into amazingly detailed sculptures. It’s one of the largest indoor ice exhibits ever created and will be open from March 16 – July 9, 2017.
Enjoy over 1,656 square meters full of solid ice blocks sculpted by Harbin’s legendary ice artisans! This year’s show includes a host of colorful new DreamWorks Animation characters from Kung Fu Panda, Trolls, Madagascar, Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, and The Croods! These characters are vibrantly brought to life with dazzling lights and stunning sound effects. New additions this year include themed games and character meet-and-greets!
Little Steps Tips:
*The temperature at the venue is set at a chilly -8 degrees Celsius. Attendees are encouraged to wear closed toe shoes, hats, gloves and long pants. Hooded coats will be provided free of charge in a variety of sizes for children and adults.
*For children ages 4 and under, we recommend bringing their own warm jacket and clothing as the down jackets are simply too big. If you forget to pack your warm weather gear-no problem as hats, gloves and socks may purchased on site. Shoe rentals are also available in limited quantities and sizes.
