This extraordinary culinary celebration gathers some of the most visionary chefs from around the globe, teaming up with Hong Kong’s finest culinary talents. Each one-night-only event will showcase an inventive, multi-course menu, fusing the diverse philosophies, techniques, and flavors of the participating chefs.

From plant-based innovation to Korean royal cuisine, French-Asian finesse, and bold interpretations of Himalayan and Southeast Asian traditions, the breadth of these collaborations is truly astounding.
