Located in the increasingly popular Petitenget area, Merah Putih is named after the colors of the Indonesian flag and offers a unique experience for all those looking for fine Indonesian cuisine. Kids welcome!
The first thing you’ll notice is Merah Putih’s spectacular setting. The space is gorgeous! With its high ceilings, palm trees and waterfalls, the restaurant looks like a vast tropical cathedral. The dining concept is inspired by the local nasi padang, and the menu is split into small and large plates, all designed for sharing. Purists will love the classic traditional dishes and modernists those with innovative interpretations of the original.
Kids are welcome for lunch, and if they can stay in their seat, for early dinner (between 6-7pm) too! Merah Putih has a dedicated kids menu that is 100% Indonesian, specially tailored with less spice for delicate palates! A meal here is a great culinary exploration for all!
Highchairs provided upon request.
Unique Indonesian dining experience in a gorgeous setting, with a kids menu to boot!
Indonesian food lovers, and those who would like to discover the archipelago's cuisine, family-style!
Merah Putih is designed to be eco-friendly. The tall pillars collect rainwater, which is then recycled and very little is wasted. Cool!
