Here are our top favorite activities for kids in south Phuket.
With two location at Patong and Kata beach, we recommend the more fam-friendly Kata location. Surf House Phuket is the place for non-stop surf action, fun music, great food & drinks, and the sights and sounds of island life. If you’re nervous about the sea, then try surfing here. The instructors are friendly and helpful, and they will guide you on posture and form. Check out the kid-friendly activities they have going on.

This family park in Rawai, Phuket includes three play areas suitable for any weather conditions. The playroom has to air-conditioning - perfect for when the little ones need to cool off. The playgrounds have a covered roof which protects your kids from the sun and rain, and there’s a kids water area for splash time in the sun. You can also host your birthday party here too.

The park offers a range of features including a full-size main cable with 13 obstacles. There’s a cable for beginners and little kids too. Once you’ve finished with the wake lake, chill out at their swimming pool, or enjoy a massage. If you’ve got a mini Schumacher in your family, you might want to check out this super cool go-kart track. Grand Prix go-kart, buggy racing, extreme sport, and leisure on and off-road are all available. Why not experience the fun for yourself, with a couple of hours speeding around the track.

Located in the Jungceylon Shopping Mall, these two play areas are inter-connected. There’s plenty to do for little kids of all ages. Soft play, a giant hamster wheel, slides, a ball pool, and so much more. Kidzoona is great for younger kids while Molly Fantasy is perfect for older ones.

For kids aged 6 and over, this is a fun activity for them to take part in. What could be more fun than hurling yourself down a mountainside in a plastic ball! To help you stand up on the descent, the inner ball is filled with water. The zorbs are quite large and will protect you as you make your way down. Pack a swimsuit for afterwards!

There’s a movie theater, bowling, an indoor shooting range, a shell museum, 4D movie theater, laser gun center, a game arcade and even fish spas. Need some retail therapy?
