The Wallaby Trail At The Night Safari In Singapore

Outback Adventures

2020 Jan 01

Covering over 5,000 square meters, the newest nocturnal playground has opened at Night Safari at the Singapore Zoo!  Aside from the opportunity for an intimate meet-and-greet with cute little wallabies, guests at The Wallaby Trail get a chance to walk through free range environs filled with pythons, glow-in-the-dark scorpions, venomous centipedes, flying bats, beauty snakes and other creepy crawlers. Oh my!

Give the fam at least twenty minutes to take in the bushwalk trail, home to denizens such as the tawny frogmouth and the white-lipped python who hail from Australia, New Zealand and Guinea. There are thirteen indoor/outdoor animal exhibits, including the Ranger Station where kiddos will learn even more about The Wallaby Trail’s inhabitants.

The pearl of The Wallaby Trail is a reconstruction of Naracoorte Cave, based on the original in Australia, filled with simulated limestone stalactites and stalagmites and other cave dwellers.

So what do you have planned for tonight?
