First established in Singapore, Malaysia Boleh has crossed the border to open up in, well Malaysia. To be exact, it is located in the basement of the spanking new Shoppes at Four Seasons Place right beside Suria KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers.
Pork lovers will rejoice as this non-halal food court offers authentic Malaysian Chinese street fare from different states in Malaysia. Tuck into mouth-watering local delicacies such as Char Kway Teow, Assam Laksa, Curry Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Chicken Rice and more manned by local cooks so you can be assured that the taste is made to perfection according to local tastebuds. A must-try is the Chendol, a bowl of shaved ice topped with stringy green jelly, red beans, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup.
Despite the rather high-end location, the prices of the food here hover between the RM10 to RM15 mark which is considered extremely well-priced for KL city standards. The Chendol priced at a mere RM3 is another crowd favorite. With over 14 stalls to choose from, it’s no surprise that the place is a hit with the office crowd so it’s best to avoid during the peak lunch hour on weekdays.
This is one of the newer, nicer, modern food court in KL city where you can find authentic Malaysian Chinese street food in clean, bright and cozy surroundings at pocket-friendly prices and strategically located right in the middle of the city.
Anyone hankering for a real taste of Malaysian Chinese street fare.
Pork is served here so do take note that the food is non-halal.
