Splash And Play Program

Head over to British School Jakarta for a wonderful complementary playgroup called Splash and Play which is led by BSJ’s internationally trained Kindergarten teachers. Offering young children the chance to play and explore within their purpose-built setting, including the bespoke, interactive water play area.

Splash and Play Activities

Splash and Play is based in their world-class Kindergarten setting where there is free flow access to indoor and outdoor provision. Splash and Play will take place each Wednesday during term time. It will run in our Kindergarten One setting between 1.45 and 2.45pm.

During this hour, parents and children will have the opportunity to choose from a range of stimulating, fun activities for your child, such as soft play areas, physical equipment, craft activities and the new state of the art water play area.

Splash and Play provide the opportunity for parents to socialize and meet new families, share experiences and make connections. There is also the chance to talk with their fully trained, experienced kindergarten practitioners, seeking advice or learning more about early childhood.

All Splash and Play sessions end with a group activity such as singing or storytelling, developing their young community before saying goodbye.

Water Play Area

At Splash and Play you and your child have the chance to enter their fun water play area, where your child can play with tumbling buckets, water jets as well as a cascading water mushroom. These interactive water activities will be great fun for you and your child.

Your child can play in the water play area in their swimwear or clothes that can get wet, if your child is not yet toilet trained then they will require a swim nappy. If you would like to join your child in the water then please bring modest swimwear suitable for the school environment or clothes that will not be damaged by water. Please remember to bring a towel along and a change of clothes.
