Oliver’s The Delicatessen, one of Hong Kong’s most iconic gourmet destinations, has unveiled a dazzling new store concept at LANDMARK Prince’s, right in the heart of Central. Spanning 7,000 square feet, the revamped space brings a fresh, elevated experience packed with exciting offerings and irresistible delights that are perfect for busy office workers and food lovers alike.
Step inside the beautifully designed store, where warm natural wood, sleek marble, and soft cream tones create an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. But the real stars? The Salad Bar and Sushi Bar, absolute lifesavers for professionals in Central looking for quick, delicious, and wholesome meals.
At the Salad Bar, you’ll find over 30 options to choose from, like the protein-packed Shredded Chicken with Green Bean Noodles to the zesty and refreshing Herb Chicken Caesar Salad. You can mix and match your favorites to create a fully customized salad bowl starting at just HK$78. For those in a rush, pre-mixed salads like the Curly Kale and Shiitake Mushroom Salad are also available, priced at HK$40/200g.
The Sushi Bar offers up to 50 freshly made, seasonal creations daily, including showstoppers like the Five-Colour Jewel Donburi (HK$168), featuring premium salmon, sea urchin, scallop, shrimp, and salmon roe. Sushi platters, starting at HK$108, are perfect for a quick, satisfying lunch that feels like a treat.
The new store also boasts sections like the Chef’s Pantry and Brew & Bake, offering over 100 ready-to-eat gourmet dishes, as well as The Butcher’s Table for premium meats and The Cellar for exclusive wines.
Home cooks will love the selection of top-quality meats, from Australian 40 Days Dry Aged Tomahawk to Japanese A5 Wagyu. Seasonal fruits, artisanal cheeses, and gourmet picks like Russian caviar and Italian balsamic vinegar round out the offerings.
The wine collection features over 700 labels, including rare bottles from Australian boutique wineries and standout Chinese reds. Whisky enthusiasts can explore premium selections like Hibiki 21-Year-Old and The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Years.
To celebrate the relaunch, Oliver’s is offering discounts on premium items, including aged beef, caviar, and wines. Shoppers can now also explore fine flavors anytime with the new Oliver’s Gourmet Online platform, offering same-day delivery and free shipping on orders over HK$600.
