Green Common Nexxus Opens 2-Storey Plant-Based Flagship In Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s oh-so-fabulous social enterprise, Green Monday, has done it again! This month, they have launched a 4-in-1 revolutionary plant-based concept featuring dine-in gourmet, coffee & drinks bar, grab & go and grocery! Since 2015, Green Common has pioneered innovative plant-based diet and introduced a wide variety of nutritious plant-based food in Asia. Now, they have launched a huge two-storey flagship in Nexxus Building, Central (Green Common Nexxus) and continue to help families go green and be healthy.  After all, green is the new black.

Green Common is Hong Kong’s first plant-based concept store and this new venue is taking it up a level. The ground floor of Green Common Nexxus presents a coffee and drinks bar with oat milk as default plus retail area. The upper floor is the main restaurant offering Asian fusion cuisine and an awesome vegan wine collection. The nature-inspired interiors are all there to inspire lead a sustainability lifestyle! You will find delights to create the ultimate acai bowl at home, make kid-friendly granola, and pick-up the best meatless brands on the market.  Plus, there is plenty of fresh produce to choose from as well.  In addition to healthy grocery shopping, there is a nice variety of pick-up options in case you are looking for a quick lunch on-the-go or fresh coconut yogurt parfait (yes, please!).

• Pani-Puri, Crispy Wonton and Lolli-OmniPork lead the dining experience. Featuring Smoked Wellington, Ochazuke and Sanbei OmniPork, main dish selection is a sensational surprise to the guests. Completing the experience with a sweet finale is the light yet delicate dessert, ranging from Matcha Azuki Potted Plant with an edible biscuit cup to Cashew Cheesecake.
