Kellett School is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its bespoke Sixth Form Centre, set to open in August 2026 at The Bay Hub on Kai Cheung Road. This dedicated two-floor facility, connected to the Kowloon Bay campus by a footbridge, will serve 240 students and span 3,716 m² (40,000 ft²). Designed with insight from university visits, the Centre features over a dozen classrooms, cutting-edge study areas for independent and group work, a small lecture theatre, and specialized rooms for Higher Education counseling.
The design emphasizes flexibility, including a Harkness room for interactive discussions and a PE theory classroom with fitness monitoring equipment. Mark Stacey, Head of Sixth Form, highlighted that this new space will provide a university-style learning environment, while keeping students connected to the broader school community. With a projected student body increase to 1,620 by 2027, this development reflects Kellett’s commitment to fostering a thriving educational atmosphere for future leaders.
Opening in August 2026 with capacity for 240 students, the current Year 11 and 12 students will be Kellett's first cohort to relocate to this new Sixth Form Centre in Hong Kong.
