Bungee Workout: A Fun, New Exercise For Kids!
When jumping on the couch and bed isn’t cutting it anymore for your active bubs, why not give the furniture (and mum and dad) a rest and let them try a Bungee Kids at Grand Jete Dance Center to burn off some of that infinite energy!
This lively class won’t even feel like a workout with all the fun the kids will be having. After a playful warm-up, kids aged 5-12 years wear a hip harness, which is clipped on to their certified system. Allowing kids to float, fly, hover, and dive – Great for those superheroes within! They will be taught a variety of different movements such as “The Superman” and “The Spiderman,” as well as play unique and challenging games. Some may even include mum & dad if you’re brave enough!
While “exergaming” (exercising and gaming!) as they say, kids develop body control, strength, balance, and stamina. The Bungee Workout comes straight from their Bangkok headquarters and in Hong Kong is offered exclusively to the Grand Jete Dance Centre, a certified studio with certified Bungee Workou instructors. With each 60-minute class limited to 7 participants, you can rest assured that your kids will be well looked after in an environment that is fun and still safe! So clip on and soar high!

Bungee Workout is also available for adults in a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format, so moms and dads can give it a try too! You can also schedule a private class for a birthday or playdate!
