Hot off the press! Twist & Buckle’s, HK’s first churreria, is offering two unique Mid-Atumn inspired churros for a limited period of time!
– The Lotus Love churro (HK$40) is slathered with local, fragrant lotus seed paste and then layered in another coat of shredded salted egg yolk that is cured with salt and a splash of
Chinese white wine in-house for seven days.
The Over the Moon churro (HK$70) is chilled, lotus-glazed and tucked into a soft pillow of creamy Hokkaido milk soft serve, which is in turn lathered in a taro, pumpkin, tapioca, evaporated milk and condensed milk combination. This flavor is deliciously reminiscent of a traditional sweet Chinese dessert soup.
They also dish up freshly-squeezed lemonades that come in unique combinations like Matcha & Cucumber or Mango & Passionfruit – perfect to wash down your favorite churros.
