Culinary aficionados will be thrilled to hear that Le Cordon Bleu is putting together a three-year partnership with K11 in Hong Kong to curate fantastic cooking lessons for adults and children. These lessons will take place in an innovative new space at K11 Musea called the A. Gastronomy Lab.
Here are some of the exciting new upcoming courses:
* The “MUSE” kid and parent culinary class will focus on pastries & desserts. Each lesson costs HK$4,550 for one kid and one parent. The class capacity is 16 people or 8 pairs.
* The “MUSE” is a half-day culinary class for beginners that will focus on pastries & desserts. Each lesson lasts for 3 hours and costs HK$2,760 per person. The class capacity is 8 to 16 people.
* The “MUSE” five half-day culinary class is a 15-hour total course that will focus on pastries & desserts. Lessons are from November 4 to 8 from 2pm to 5pm. The cost is HK$13,000 per person, and the class capacity is 8 people.
* The “MUSE” three full-day culinary class is an 18-hour total course that will focus on pastries & desserts. Lessons are from November 12 – 26 every Tuesday, November 13 – 27 every Wednesday and November 14 – 27 every Thursday. Classes run from 9:30pm – 4:30pm and the class capacity is 8 people. The cost is HK$15,200 per person.
