
The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025 ceremony celebrated the region’s finest culinary achievements on March 13 at the Grand Lisboa Palace in Macau. A total of 95 restaurants – 76 in Hong Kong and 19 in Macau – earned Michelin stars, highlighting the exceptional dining experiences these destinations offer.
Notably, Amber in Hong Kong joined the elite three-star category, while Chef Tam’s Seasons in Macau earned a second star. Seven restaurants across the two regions received their first stars, and five establishments retained Michelin Green Stars, recognizing sustainability efforts: Amber (Hong Kong), Feuille (Hong Kong), Mora (Hong Kong), Roganic (Hong Kong), and UTM Educational Restaurant (Macau). Special awards honored outstanding talent, including Frankie Wong (Young Chef Award), Carlito Chiu (Sommelier Award), and Winnie Zhang (Service Award).
