Attention all dads…there is a new beer in town! Founded by husband and wife team Laszlo and Michele Raphael, Moonzen is a local nanobrewery dedicated to crafting premium beer. Using only the finest ingredients, Moonzen brings pure, all-grain beer to Hong Kong. The extensive range of Moonzen beers travel the shortest distance from brewer to drinker to ensure great taste, and each is made with only four ingredients: water, grain, hops and yeast. Thanks to the live yeast that each bottle contains, slow fermentation occurs in the bottle to provide fresh flavors that develop over time, while the yeast is also a rich source of essential B-complex vitamins, protein and minerals. The best news? It can even counteract hangovers.
