Not only will the Wobbel board help with your balance, but it will also help build confidence, strength, and patience. Kate Porter Yoga is suitable for kids between 5 and 8 years old, but can include other age groups as long as they are not disruptive to the class. What’s great is, classes are limited to 10 students, and during the school holidays there are parent/kid yoga workshops, making this class a fun family activity!
