Ananda Marga is a lovely studio that has yoga for kids ages 8-12 years. Class sizes are set at a maximum of 12 so your kids get quality time with the teacher. They will learn all aspects of yoga and are encouraged to push themselves. At Canvass, kids can practice yoga and art! Yoga classes are for kiddos aged between 4 and 14. Here they will learn basic moves and the importance of regular practice. Kate Porter Yoga is suitable for kids between 5 and 8 years old, but can include other age groups as long as they are not disruptive to the class. What’s great is, classes are limited to 10 students, and during the school holidays there are parent/kid yoga workshops, making this class a fun family activity!
