Happy Kids Fitness offers classes that will develop your kids brain and brawn. Designed for ages 2-16, the studio offers tailor-made classes for each age group. Founder Sophie, helps kids master physical and mental stability through fun games, stories, yoga and martial arts.
For the younger tots, the focus is on music and movement. The older ones learn through dance choreography, while the teens learn through more advanced forms like hip-hop and martial arts.
One thing is for sure – it will keep your kids in shape, while having an awesome time!
