The museum will play host to your celebratory meal, with a limited time DIm Sum menu with exclusive items. Black Tap at Marina Bay Sands is widely known for their milkshakes and burgers. Come August, you’ll get to experience a new flavor with the National Day CrazyShake, going at SG$23++ per glass. The concoction is made up of rose and milk, sprinkles and a cake, giving it a stunning color of red and white, just like Singapore’s flag. Another option is the Nasi Lemak Sandwich, which is the classic dish in an unconventional form.

With 4 locations across Singapore, Canopy is a great choice when looking for your National Day meal this coming month. Exciting your tastebuds is none other than their National Day menu at SG$59, with dishes that include Sambal Baked Salmon and Chili Crab Pasta. If you’re looking for an extravagant brunch this National Day, head down to CUT by Wolfgang Puck between 12pm and 3pm. Avoid the crowds in the city and make your way to WIldseed at 1-Flowerhill in Sentosa for a child day out with the family. Have a try at local dishes with a twist at The Gyu Bar. The Japanese restaurant is ushering in Singapore’s birthday in a big way, with two new exclusive dishes. First up is the Wagyu Bak Kut Teh which replaces the usual pork ribs with wagyu beef to give diners an alternative taste from the usual. The French restaurant is incorporating local flavors into their dishes for 3 days only, such as the Oursin Tagliolini (SG$68++), a pasta made with sea urchin and Sardinian bottarga and the Saint-Jacques Black Tie Scallop (SG$88++) which will delight seafood lovers. Those with a sweet tooth can explore the Mao Shan Wang soufflé (SG$24++), a truly local way to end off your night.

For local fusion dishes, The Masses is where it’s at. To commemorate Singapore celebrating 59 years, the restaurant communal set menu is priced at SG$59.90++ per pax, and includes mouthwatering goodness like Steak Tartare, Dry Aged Spiced Roasted Chicken and their classic C&C&C&C&C&C Pasta, which stands for capellini pasta, confit lemon, chorizo, clams, crab meat and caviar.
