They use ingredients and techniques commonly associated only with desserts, with highlights like the Cauliflower Couscous and Spice Semolina Dumpling.
At the end of the meal, enjoy a beautiful Blue Moon dessert, their signature dessert dish comprising of carrots, sour cream, and coriander. You can also opt to switch to one of their other dessert choices, such as the Black Forest or Tarte Tatin.
