Doughnuts are a hit with both kids and adults and nowadays they come in all shapes and forms. For the unacquainted, bombolonis are stuffed doughnuts that originated in Italy. The Fat Kid Bakery has gained an online presence for its delicious bombolonis for years and is now opening its new physical outlet near Telok Ayer so you can feast your eyes before you eat.
Although the cafe doesn’t allow dine-in and is pick-up only, you can still make your way down to preview the range of flavors available. These span both sweet and savory, with the former including Chocolate, Earl Grey, and Citrus Bomb while the latter options include Spicy Egg Mayo, Torched Mentaiko Cream, and Roasted Garlic Mascarpone.
Prices for each bomboloni start from SG$3.80, and there are bundle options to get a box of 4, 8, 10, or 12. Make sure to head down early though, because they are bound to sell out really fast!
With unique sweet and savory flavors to try, The Fat Kid Bakery is a must for snack lovers.
Doughnut lovers of all ages.
They’re closed on Sundays, with limited opening hours during the rest of the week. Full opening hours here.
