PAUL Bakery & Patisserie est arrivé! Hailing from the French collection of bakeries and restaurants, the much anticipated Singapore denizen sits pretty among Ngee Ann City’s upscale shops. Located just outside of Kinokuniya, PAUL’s Singapore flagship is a macaron and tartine escape after hours of shopping at Takashimaya.

The bakery, separate from the dining area, offers a wide range of croissants, brioche, tarts, fruit salads, macarons and delicious cakes, wherein the staff does not hesitate to give you a brief description of ingredients used in their tasty creations. And the breads, oh the breads, something that can be a bit of a mystery in Singapore is delightfully prepared in 140 variations at PAUL. Uniquely made here is the PAUL Flute, a French baguette made from slowly-fermented dough. Aside from the sweet and savory pastries, PAUL Bakery & Patisserie also offers soups, sandwiches, salads, crepes and main dishes.  Yum!
