Nestled in a quaint glasshouse in Gardens By The Bay Active Garden, Mylo’s is the place to cool down from the heat while enjoying the sweeping views of the garden and the waterfront. Mylo’s is named after Chuner-in-Chief Michael Wilson’s pet golden retriever, and celebrates the gathering of family and friends — with safe distancing and the latest Covid restrictions in mind, of course!
Mylo’s specializes in gelatos churned and made on-site, using the freshest seasonal ingredients, sans additives, and preservatives. With over 20 flavors to choose from, take your pick from the Coconut and Pandan gelato that’s made with the flesh and water of fresh Thai coconut, Smoked Maple Bacon, Milk Chocolate with Miso, and Pineapple with Szechuan Peppercorns. The gelatos are priced at SG$5 for a single scoop, and SG$8 for a double scoop, they can be served in a cup or homemade waffles cone (SG$2) or turned into a gelato sandwich (SG$8) packed between grilled brioche buns.
Apart from gelatos, satisfy the munchies with a variety of pastries (SG$6), and a selection of toasted panini (SG$11). Grab a cuppa that uses blends from PPP coffee, or crack back a cold one from the boozy beverage menu. There are soda and juices available for the kids too!
Getting gelato for the kids and chilling over coffee and pastries for the adults after hours of exploring Gardens By The Bay sounds like a good idea!
