Omni Hospital, Alam Sutera, invites kids play “little doctor” for a day. Children will get a mini-tour of the hospital, learn about the different functions at the hospital, and play doctor, nurse, or patient along the way!
Here’s the tour in brief: Briefing Room: The lil’ doctors are briefed on the importance of sanitizing their hands and shown how to put on their hair nets to be ready for their duties! Next up, the Nursing Room: See how the nurses take care of the new born babies: diaper change, feeding, burping, and putting the babies back to sleep. Continuing on, the Operating Theater: This is where children learn about organs of the body, and how a surgery is conducted.At the Dental Rooms: Children practice how to properly brush teeth and learn about different types of teeth. The Pharmacy: See how medication is prepared. Children are also taught how to dress a cut or wound at the Accident & Emergency Room and learn basic first aid.
This activity free of charge. Available from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 12 noon and from 4pm to 6pm. For futher information, please contact the hospital.
Through role-playing of the professionals, the children will also get to pick up health care tips. Lil' ones can also learn how to wash their hands properly along the way.
Children four and above.
At the end of the program, the children will get to take a graduation class photo and receive a goodie bag with certificate to celebrate the completion of their play date. Super!
