Stacks of book, free WiFi and good coffee should give you enough reason to spend some me-time at Reading Room after dropping off your children at school.
Owned by the former QB Bookstore owner, Reading Room fills their shelves with a huge book collection that can make you sit still for at least a couple of hours.
Book lovers will also love their events including book discussions with famous authors. In addition, the Reading Room is also trying to appeal to film-lovers. A screening room, which can accommodate up to 20 people, is located near the stairs on the second floor. Party flicks….yes, please!
A perfect hub for a break - enjoy your book, get a little work done, and catch a flick.
Older kids and parents who crave me-time.
Weekdays are the best time to visit this city’s gem, as weekends, especially after office hours, tend to get a wee bit crowded and noisy.
